Send back a Claim Form

To get money from the settlement, you must mail back the Claim Form included with the Notice that you received or submit the form online here by February 17, 2025. You will be bound by the settlement and you will receive a payment, which is likely to be over $1,000.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you will NOT receive any money from the settlement AND you give up your right to sue.

Opt Out

Get no payment. Allows you to bring another lawsuit against Settling Defendants about the same issues.

Object

Tell the Court why you don’t like the settlement by writing to the Settlement Administrator.

Go To a Hearing

The Court will hold a Fairness hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement at 1:00 p.m. on February 27, 2025. You may attend the court hearing about the fairness of the Settlement. You are NOT required to attend the hearing. You may only speak at the hearing if you have objected to the Settlement.
