If you signed a Lease with Option to Purchase contract arranged by Vision Property Management in Michigan between January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2019, you may be entitled to benefits or payment from a class action settlement.
If you are still living in the home, you may be a member of the group called the Occupant Class.
If you are no longer living in the home, you may be a member of the group called the Non-Occupant Class.
